Pasture Raised & Grass Fed Meats - Chicken, Turkey & Lamb
We grow "Freedom Ranger" slow growing chickens, which have better fat distribution and better overall meat quality. The flavor is un-matched as well as the nutrients these birds contain. Much higher and better ratio of Omega 3 and Omega 6 fatty
acids. Freedom Rangers are in limited supply, so please email or call us for pricing and availability.

Heritage Turkeys will be available for Thanksgiving and Christmas 2011. We grow
Bourbon Reds and Royal Palms, which are on the American Livestock Breeds Conservancy Watch list. Get on the waiting list by emailing us. A $20 nonrefundable deposit is due by June 30th to hold your spot. They're $7.00 per lb and average 13-16lbs. Make sure to contact us early if you are interested, we have a limited supply and they sell out quick!

Grass fed Lamb (Katahbados - Katahdin and Barbados mix) sold out until June/July 2012. Combining these two breeds gives us the best of both worlds;
Micro-marbled, very tender meat and larger cuts. Weights average 35 pounds per whole, processed lamb.

180° Farm CSA Program
At 180° Farm, we are committed to providing you with locally and organically grown vegetables, fruits, meats and eggs. We farm in a sustainable and natural way so you can feel confident that you are feeding your family incredibly nutritious food that is pesticide and herbicide free. As opposed to grocery store chains, which ship in and sell fruits and vegetables from over 1500 miles away (including organic), we grow all of our food on our farm and only sell locally. This reduces the carbon foot print, keeps our economies where they belong and insures you the freshest, best tasting produce possible. You can visit our farm any time to see how we grow our food and raise our animals. We believe in transparency and that you should feel good about where your food comes from, how it’s grown and who grows it!
What is a CSA Program?
CSA stands for Community Supported Agriculture, which means you the community, support the local agriculture by investing in (or pre paying for) a seasonal food subscription. Participating in a CSA also means you only eat what is in season. We will offer a full share (which feeds a family of four and contains 8-12 different items*) and a half share (which feeds a family of two and contains 5-7 different items*).
*Example of an “item”: bunch of swiss chard -or- bunch of carrots -or- 1 lb. of potatoes.
Chicken, eggs and honey will also be available as CSA items in 2011.
Pick up days
CSA’s are to be picked up at 180° Farm (237 Emory Phillips Road, Sharpsburg, GA 30277) on either Tuesday or Saturday.
What else is included in my CSA?
If you are interested in participating in our 2012 CSA Program, please contact nicole@180farm.org for more information or to be put on the waiting list. Note: We are adding only 10 more spots for 2012, so get in your deposit and application early!
Didn't get in our CSA this year, no worries, we should have vegetables ready for on farm sells (as supplies last) starting in late April - early May.
